Website terms of use
These terms govern your use of redpulse.net and its subdomains (the "Site"). Consulting services are governed separately by our engagement terms and the proposal you sign.

The Site is operated by Red Pulse, a sole-trader business registered in New South Wales, Australia ("Red Pulse", "we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@redpulse.net.
2. Using the Site

If you believe you have found a security issue, email security@redpulse.net and we will respond.
3. Content is general information only
Material on the Site describes our services and general approaches to security and compliance. It is not advice for your specific circumstances, is not legal advice, and does not create a consulting engagement. Frameworks such as the Essential Eight and the Information Security Manual change over time; always refer to the current publications from the Australian Cyber Security Centre.

Red Pulse is an independent consultancy. We are not an IRAP assessor, we do not issue certifications, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Australian Signals Directorate, the Australian Cyber Security Centre, Standards Australia or the International Organization for Standardization. References to these bodies and their publications are descriptive.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, design and the Red Pulse name and pulse mark are owned by Red Pulse. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction requires our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
